‘I have now used Focus Training for the last 5 apprentice recruitment processes. Each time Focus, in particular Trevor Banes, has found me suitable candidates to interview and offer trial days to. Focus Group have assisted me with drafting my application, giving me updates on the current market. They then supplied me with CV’s and assisted in arranging interview dates and times that suited our business and the candidate.

During the apprenticeship Focus have provided support for each applicant and regularly checked in with me to see how the apprenticeship is going. Having an apprentice can be great for any business as young people can bring new, and fresh ideas and a positive energy with them.
