What does employee engagement mean to you? We will explore different methods of employee engagement looking at the top engagers and dis-engagers, before analysing performance measures and investigating disciplinary processes.

Who is this course aimed at?

This concise and dynamic set of modular courses is designed for existing managers and supervisors wanting to understand their operational activity requirements.

This modular approach to management training is both enjoyable and informative. You will understand why certain approaches work and gain the knowledge and skills to; plan, motivate and develop your team and business.
