This FAA Level 3 Award in Supervising First Aid for Mental Health is a comprehensive two-day course that equips learners with the knowledge to recognise a wide range of mental health conditions, understand the support and therapies available, and know how to start supportive conversations in the workplace.
Learners will also explore how to manage stress, identify warning signs, and understand the effects of substance misuse on mental health. This course helps organisations support a positive mental health culture at a leadership level.
