As a team leader or supervisor, you’ll be responsible for providing clear direction, supporting team members, and driving performance to achieve business goals. Strong leadership skills are essential, and this apprenticeship helps you build them while gaining nationally recognised qualifications.

Apprenticeship Details
- Duration: 12 months + 3 months End Point Assessment (EPA)
- Cost: £4,500 (£225 + VAT employer contribution)
- Funding Support:
Employers with fewer than 50 employees hiring apprentices aged 16–21 receive full government funding and are exempt from employer contributions.
A £1,000 government incentive is available for hiring apprentices aged 16–18.
