Role Overview:

As our Digital Director, you will be at the forefront of transforming traditional and emerging training models into dynamic and interactive e-Learning solutions across the South West. Collaborating closely with our leadership team, you will define and execute our digital strategy, setting ambitious goals and objectives. Your expertise in e-Learning technologies and platforms, combined with your passion for innovation, will drive the development and implementation of engaging e-Learning courses on a national and international scale.


● Lead the development and implementation of our training company's digital strategy, with a focus on e-Learning solutions for apprenticeships, boot camps, and commercial courses.

● Collaborate with the leadership team to define digital goals, objectives, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and develop a roadmap for achieving them.

● Manage and mentor a team of digital professionals, including designers, developers, and content creators.

● Oversee the development of e-Learning courses, ensuring high-quality content creation, design, and delivery.

● Identify and evaluate emerging digital technologies and trends, incorporating them into our digital strategy for enhanced learning experiences.

● Seek and apply for suitable innovation grant funding options to accelerate the implementation of digital initiatives.

● Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to promote our e-Learning solutions and drive revenue growth.

● Actively participate in the direct delivery of new commercial activities, ensuring exceptional outcomes for our clients.

● Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in e-Learning.


● Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as digital media, instructional design, or educational technology.

● 7+ years of experience in a digital leadership role, with a focus on e-Learning solutions.

● Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital strategies.

● Strong understanding of e-Learning technologies and platforms, including learning management systems (LMS), content management systems (CMS), and authoring tools.

● Experience managing a team of digital professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

● Strong project management skills, adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.

● Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards for e-Learning, such as SCORM and AICC.

● Passion for transforming traditional training models through technology.
