Responsibilities
An exciting new full-time vacancy for a commercial assessor/trainer specialising in the development and implementation of the remote delivery and assessment of the experienced worker route and the delivery of associated commercial courses.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Remote assessment of the 2346 experienced worker route
- Working with the assessment team to ensure that on-site assessments for the experienced worker route are facilitated effectively
- Working with colleagues to refine the level 2 course
- Remote delivery of the level 2 course
- Working alongside the co-ordinator to interview and ensure that candidates are suitable for the experienced worker route
- Ensuring candidates complete the experienced worker route in a timely manner
- Working with colleagues to actively grow the experienced worker route and to utilise technology to ensure the remote approach engages with learners
- Delivery of additional commercial courses that contribute to the experienced worker route
Requirements
- Proven experience in a training or educational role is desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Familiarity with IT tools and platforms used for training delivery is advantageous.
- A minimum of 5 years on the tools experience to essential.
- Must live within commuting distance of one of our centres in Redruth, Plymouth, Exeter or Bristol.
