Candidates must:
- Equivalent historic qualifications
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be a qualified, practicing electrician and hold one of the following:
- Completed Installation Electrician Apprenticeship with The Focus Training Group
- Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrotechnical Services (Electrical Maintenance)
- Level 3 Electrotechnical Qualification
- Level 3 Electrotechnical Services (Experienced Worker)
- Level 3 NVQ in Electrotechnical Services
- Level 3 NVQ Electrotechnical Experienced Worker Qualification
- Level 3 Electrotechnical in Dwellings or Experienced Worker equivalent
- EAL Level 3 Building Services Engineering – Electrotechnical Installation
- ECS Gold Card (Domestic Electrician), JIB Electrician, or Approved Electrician Card
