Our Construction Skills Bootcamp is an intensive, full-time programme designed to prepare learners for work in the construction industry by developing essential health, safety, and employability skills.
Running from 23rd February to 11th March, this Bootcamp provides nationally recognised training and practical knowledge to help learners become site-ready and confident in a construction environment.

What You Will Gain
Participants will complete a range of essential construction and safety training, including:
- Highfield Level 1 Award in Health & Safety in a Construction Environment
- CITB CSCS Test
- Emergency First Aid Training
- Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS)
- Manual Handling
- Fire Safety Awareness
- COSHH Awareness
- PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Toolbox Talks & Safety Culture
- Safe Use of Hand and Power Tools
- Working at Height
- Confined Space Awareness (knowledge only)
- Employability Skills, including:
- CV writing
- Interview preparation
- Workplace behaviour and expectations
