The Focus ethos is all about impact: This isn’t a classroom-bound theory course. Our candidates undergo a rigorous, practical mixture of classroom insight and hands-on training at one of our South West centres – this next course will be happening at our Plymouth training centre based in Marsh Mills.
We take the burden of baseline training off your shoulders. When you hire a graduate from this Bootcamp, they arrive at your site with a complete suite of industry-recognized credentials already in hand:
- Official CITB CSCS Card (fully prepped, tested, and cleared)
- Highfield Level 1 Award in Health & Safety in a Construction Environment
- Emergency First Aid Certificate
- Specialist Safety Knowledge: Manual Handling, Fire Safety, COSHH, PPE, and the Safe Use of Hand and Power Tools.

A certificate is only as good as the person holding it. Throughout the Bootcamp, our team works directly with learners on real-world workplace behaviors, site expectations, and reliability.
