Overview

The course centres on the role, functions and processes of management. You will gain an understanding of methods used to provide direction to a team and how to use performance measures in a business.

Who is this course aimed at?

You will develop your knowledge of the decision making process, looking at how managers source and use information to make effective decisions and problem solve. We will discuss the difference between management and leadership and consider the preferred styles in different situations.
